KII Universal Flanged Adaptors
Combining Smartfit wide range technology with universal flange drillings, KII Universal Flange Adaptors accommodates pipes sizes between 50mm to 300mm NB, and in most PN10 and PN16 flange drillings.

KII Dedicated Flanged Adaptors
KII Dedicated Flanged Adaptors are available for pipes from 40mm to 1600mm NB. Our Flanged Adaptors can be supplied in any flange drilling from PN6 to PN64.

KII Restrained Flanged Adaptors
KII Restrained Flanged Adaptors are available for pipes from 40mm to 1600mm NB and for flange drilling from PN6 to PN64. Our Restrained Flanged Adaptors are dedicated Flanged Adaptors that are supplied with a loose flange and connecting tie rods.

Moulded Rubber Gaskets - all our rubber gaskets, regardless of size are moulded and not glued providing a superior performance.

Rubber Gasket Profile - all our gaskets have a specific ribbed sealing profile to ensure drip-tight sealing regardless of the pipe surface.

Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating - all our Flanged Adaptors regardless of size are fusion bonded epoxy coated to 300 microns as standard. Flanged Adaptors exposed to sunlight are coated with an additional UV resistant coating.

Barrel Lengths – Our standard Flanged Adaptors barrels are longer than other designs as a matter of standard. This is to allow for ease of installation.

Short Lead times – Our Flanged Adaptors are 100% locally manufactured. Lead times are therefore very short even for our larger sizes.
