SERIES ERP Variable Orifice Air Valves for Sewerage and Slurry Applications
AirFlo Variable Orifice air valve technology is currently the most advanced air valve technology and, the biggest development in air valves over the past 25 years.
The design whilst maintaining the factors and features that has proven itself over time, addresses several shortcomings in previous air valve designs. This includes comprehensive vacuum protection and dynamic surge protection in a compact single chamber design.
AirFlo has been utilised on several large diameter and high pressure applications in more than 14 countries and, is one of few designs that have been comprehensively tested by a 3rd party test authority across its entire product range as well as comparatively tested with all other available designs in the market. Results of this 3rd party testing is reflected in the SABS tests 12H050 and 13H197 conducted in 2012 and 2013. This allows engineers to confidently specify AirFlo.

Valves are suitable for Sewerage, Slurries and Raw water with large particles in suspension.

Options:
Valves are available as standard in Stainless Steel 304 or 316 or alternatively in Fusion Bonded Epoxy Steel with a Stainless Steel 316 trim.
