Available in the VEROFLO range of fabricated fittings, is a wide range of Elbows and Bends in sizes DN50 to DN1600 and for pressure rating PN6 to PN64. Bends and Elbows are terms that are often used interchangeably. Generally Bends are made or fabricated as per the piping need whereas Elbows have limitations in size, bend radius and angle.

Factors that differentiates a VeroFlo Elbow or Bend are:

Large size and pressure range – Sizes DN50 to DN1600 and pressure ratings of PN6 to PN64.

Designed fit for purpose – each Bend or Elbow is manufactured from customer approved drawings. The materials thicknesses, coatings and end connections are selected to suit the application. Each fittings is labelled and traceable for quality control purposes.

Large range of end connections – VeroFlo Bends and Elbows are available either Plain ended, Socketed, Flanged or Shouldered to suit any connection requirements.

Low headloss – special care is taken in fabricating Mitre Bends in the number of sections, the finish and coating in order to minimise headloss.

Suitable for all applications – Our Bends and Elbows are epoxy coated to 300 microns as standard. Alternatively, our Bends and Elbows are also available in full stainless steel 304 or 316.

Short Lead times – Our Bends and Elbows are 100% locally manufactured. Lead times are therefore very short even for our larger sizes.
